These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pencil to Figma plugin ("Plugin") developed and operated by Sema Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
Pencil to Figma is a Figma plugin that provides search functionality and conversion tools for importing Pencil-format design assets into Figma. The Plugin is available in a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription tier with full access to Search and other premium features.
You must have a valid Figma account to use the Plugin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Plugin. By using the Plugin, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The Plugin offers the following paid subscription plans:
Prices are in US Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All payments are processed by our authorized reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT collection on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may offer a free tier or trial period at our discretion. Features available in the free tier may be limited compared to paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier offerings at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's subscription management portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@sema.digital or through Paddle's support channels.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for your personal or business design work within Figma. You may not:
The Plugin, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sema Studio. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Your use of the Plugin does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Plugin.
We strive to maintain the Plugin's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, update, or discontinue the Plugin or any of its features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
The Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will meet your requirements or be compatible with all Figma versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sema Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability for any claims related to the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Plugin ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where possible, by providing notice through the Plugin or by email. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
